What data we receive

This website has no forms, uses no tracking cookies and does not measure visits. We receive data only when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone: your name, contact details and what you write to us.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare a quote and, if we work together, for the contract and invoicing. The legal bases are your request before a contract, performance of the contract and our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

For as long as the discussion or our work together lasts, then for as long as legal obligations require, for example tax rules.

Who we work with

The website is hosted by Google Firebase. WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta), and email through our email provider. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to us at contact@grafier.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
